Accespoint do not print

I have a button on the dashboard that should print the sheet. The button works fine in client but when i try to click the button in access Point nothing comes up. I am able to Print individual graphs by right clicking and chosing print option. Any ideas?

And he have did, but now the button do not work.

The "Print Sheet" option is not supported when using the Ajax Client.

And there is no other option for printing?

You can use the browser print screen option, or create a Report In QlikView and then print the report.

because of Ajax Client not supportng to perform some actions with macros.

Hi Colin, hopes..this post for me.

what i mean in the above post is,ajax won't support all kind of Marcos that's way i mentioned "some actions".

You do not need to use a macro. There are QlikView Actions you can add to a button.

There are Print Actions for Print Object, Print Sheet and Print Report.

But if you are using the Ajax Client, then you need to have the spooler service running on the server and the PDF X-Change driver installed as detailed in the earlier link I posted.
