Access Denied Error.Pls see the screen


Whenever i try to reopen the existing qlikview file why do i ge the Access denied error.I am workign in Personal Edition.

HI,

Lease a license and then open the file otherwise you wont be able to open file created by a licensed user.

Alternatively, whenever you open other user's file, just save as it on your computer, it will register that file as  you have created it.

So next time it will open even without license.

Make sure there's no -prj folder in the folder where your qvw document is saved. Folders ending in -prj are used for code versioning, but that feature doesn't work with QV Personal Edition. Removing the -prj folder should solve the problem. If there is no -prj folder you may have used up the four recoveries of licensed qvw documents. In that case you won't be able to open files you created earlier anymore with QV PE, but need a licensed QV.

Thanks.One more thing i tried is to use the Document properties->Security page->Check the Admin over ride option.Since i have created the document and i am not able to load it.It helps.now i am able to open the document.
