Access Denied to Management Console

I have setup of Qlikview Server and Publisher in multiple machines.

Below is the configuration.

Machine 1

- Qlikview Server

- Qlikview Web Server

Machine 2

- Qlikview Directory Service

- Qlikview Management Service

- Qlikview Distribution Service

For linking the server from Machine 1 into Machine 2, I was trying to open the Management Console with the below link.

localhost:4780/qmc/default.htm

I am getting an "Access Denied" error.

Please refer the snapshot.

I have checked for the user to be present in Qlikview Administrators group in Computer Management.

I am the only user in the group and the same user was used while installation so the Services owner is also same.

Service are running fine.

Please suggest what could be the issue.

Am I missing something?

Thanks for the reply.

I found the solution. In the Firewall, port 4780 was blocked.

Unblocking it helped.

Hi Rajat

try this:

Restar the services

Check that the user you want to log and acces to QMC is member for the group of user in windows QLIKVIEW ADMINISTRATOR(This group of user will create when  you install qlikview server)

restart the server
