Hi All,
I have a user that cannot view a dashboard available on Access Point. I have checked using my credentials and few others that can view the dashboard, but it does not appear on his list,
I went onto the QEMC and the user does have a named cal. I also allocated a document cal to the user as well to see if this would correct the available list...it did not.
Please assist me on how I go about resolving this issue, what steps and checks I should perform

Check if the user is in the Distribution list and the section access (if any).
You could check in the QMC under Users- User Management - Documents, if the User should have access to the document.
