Access Point Document Losing Connection When Filtering

Hi all,

I have a problem with one of my more recent documents. It's been added to our Access Point and is available for people to use, however it is very slow to use and occasionally appears to crash.

The first problem is that it is slow to initially load, I seem to have made some improvements to this by enabling the "preload" option for the document in the management console. The bigger problem is when selections are being made within the document. It is a pretty big report, and a lot of calculations are being done whenever a change to the data filter is made. However more often than not whenever a change in selection is made the document will hang for a minute or so and then a message will appear saying it is reconnecting and "Lost connection to server".

I've tried to make the document quicker by applying some default filters to it, in an attempt to reduce the amount of data it is loading at any one time. These don't seem to have had much effect though and it is still causing problems, even on a very powerful server.

Can anyone give me some ideas on what to try next?

Is your document has triggers.

Please check your triggers it may also cause refreshing.

I hope your dashboard reload frequency also causes this,If its continously Reloading means at some point the Dashboard will become unresponsive.

Also based on RAM on server its getting occupied due to concurrent users.
