Access Point Issue-User automatically gets logged out after clicking at any hosted application.

Though user is able to view icons of the applications for which he has been given access to but after clicking the application's icon,automatically he gets logged out from access point and any further access to access point never works.

No,i am not using section access for this application.

Though i have the script written in script module but it's commented.

Is this happening for all user or for specific user only??

which type of license user have?? named cal or doc cal??

Is same user login from 2 different machine?

Ok. you commended.

Can you check Document properties -> Opening --> Initial data reduction based on section access.

its should be UNCHECK.
