Access Point Issue - not able to login

Dear Friends

We are not able to login to access point with our AD credentials.

Please find attached the screen which comes when we try to access Access Point using URL-  servername/qlikview.

I would like to inform that we have changed our Windows domain recently post which users are not able to access the access point.

If user is added in Administrator group on server manager then that particular user can login using http://localhost/qlikview/FormLogin.htm

However not on the url- servername/qlikview.

Can you please help to resolve this issue by informing if any settings/server port etc needs to be configured.

Hi

Put  IP address instead localhost in the URL http://localhost/qlikview/FormLogin.htm.

Can u please tell me what is issue in servername/qlikview?

Also add https rather than http

localhost and ip address both are working fine. But not servername/qlikview.

Hi Chintan,

I am not aware of the issue but in past I faced same problem.At that time I put ip address instead localhost

it worked for me.

One more thing I observed. If the user ID is added to Administrator only then we are able to access the access point.

Otherwise not able to login.
