Access Point : Message: No Server

Hi,

I am getting Message:No Server on my web server hosted in DMZ in different domain of Qlikview Server.

In Qlikview Server (QMC) it is showing connected as other tabs like Access Point,Authentication are coming.

On the DMZ Server the log file is showing

   at QlikTech.NetClient.QvClient.Open()

   at QVSWrapper.QlikViewServer..ctor(Action`2 i_Logger, String i_Hostname, Int32 i_Port, Mode i_Mode, Boolean i_Https)

   at QlikView.AccessPoint.QlikviewServerSetting.Connect()

   at QlikView.AccessPoint.QlikviewServerSetting.Try(Func`2 f, Func`1 fail)

   at QlikView.AccessPoint.FileScan.ScanQlikViewServerClusters(IEnumerable`1 servers, Action`2 logger, IUser user, Int32& liveQvsCount, Boolean respectBrowsable)

My QVS is using Active directory and QVWS is not DMZ and is not allowed to use Active Directory

Please help me to resolve this issue.
