Access Point - Opening Application Issue

I am facing an issue while Opening the Application.

Web server or IIS?  all service run in single machine?

Server Version : 11.20 SR6 for Server 2012  QlikViewServer_Win2012andUp

All Services Run on a Single Machine.

Hi NAG.

try by turning off firewall.

make sure you don't have any antivirus running.

and try by visiting  Qemc web-server and unchecked always tunnel option as shown in the image attached.

And you set it up or everything worked previously and now broke?

make sure your server/desktop and qv plugin versions are same.

Try open the qvp:// link

maybe doc in attach can help you.

The problem has started for some users after I have made Default Preferred Client to IE Plugin and Installing IE Plugin on my Machine.

I am sure that my IE Plugin is different as I have checked it.

How to download IE Plugin. Give me some information regarding this.

I just have used the link. I thought that IE Plugin comes along with Server Download. Is there anything else I need to do.

Since, I was able to download IE Plugin easily, I thought there is no other Downloads I need to do.

Hi,

you have to download plugin from server itself.

IE Plugin Download Link.png is the correct way to download plugin from.

If you have other plugin installed other then this, remove that and use this instead.

also try my solutions suggested.

if you use SR6 then version is 11.20 SR6 12347 and 11.20 SR6 12354 (updated)

and you use the version of the plugin from 11.20 SR2 11922.

Update IE plugin as advised ASHFAQ

100% sure issue with License issue. Manage assigned Cals users delete old users.
