Hello,

Some users can not scroll on the access point on any document.  If I use Crome, everything works fine and certain users that use IE work just fine.

Using QV 11

Any suggestions?

What version of IE are the users using?

If you are using chrome then you are using Ajax, are the IE users also using Ajax or the IE plugin?

Have the IE users been upgraded to IE11 - this is only supported with QV11.2 SR5.

I am using IE11 I have downloaded the plugin in still not working for me.

As Colin says, IE Plugin and server version must match. Do they?

IE11 is only supported with QlikView server 11.2 SR5.

If your server is running an earlier version then either upgrade the server to the current release or downgrade to IE 10.
