Access Point - different versions of the same document?

We are still relatively new to Qlikview so maybe this is a common issue but it has me perplexed.  I have a document called xyzzy.qvw and it is deployed on our production server.

I made some changes to it last week.  Specifically, I added a column to a pivot table called YearMo.  I deployed the document.

When I go look at the document in AP, I can't see the new column that I added to the pivot table.  However, everyone else who has access to the document in Access Point sees the new column.  I have no idea what is going on here.

Learned quickly not to change the name of a document that has doc CAL's assigned to it because you have to wait 24 hours for the CAL's to be released so you can reassign them.  So, I kept the document name the same.,  I copied it to our Source Documents folder and ran the schedule to update it with our latest information.

So far, the data looks good to everyone except me!

Any thoughts on what might be happening?

Thanks!

Hi,

Try to delete (in production environment)  ".Share " files, then close and open again your app in access point.

Tell me if it works.

Best Regards.
