Hi everyone, i need help with the next problem.
I have some models at root folder (access point) without problems, now i added a new model, and when connect with admin account i can see all models (Included new model), but with my personal account this model don't appears.
I've checked:
- Section Access setup
- Privacy of root folder
- Restarted Services
- Restarted Server
some idea what could be?
ps:sorry my bad english. isn't my native language.
Does the user have read privileges on the .qvw file?
Does the user have read privileges on the .qvw file?
Is the model in a Seperate folder in the Deploy folder? If yes, does the user have access to that folder?
Privileges are fine...It was the first thing i checked...
I made a new test with a copy of another model, but I had the same problem
EDIT: I checked again and yes, this was the problem. I must have confused when I checked the first time.
Thx.
Models with problem are in the same folder than others without problem 😕
What about CAL allocations? Have you allocated document CALs?
CAL is fine too. i tryed with other model, i allocated a "CAL", and don't work
check the user NT file access security. You to give your personal account an file access to the qvw file.
this is done by go the properties of the qvw file and change the file access security
How many models do you have in the deploy folder? Do you use active directory for users? Or perhaps something else like custom groups?
