Access Point problem for one user

Hi all,

I have a never seen problem for one user on Access Point just for one app. For all the others users it's ok, but for him i have incomplete data, 0 for some KPI, and  40% or 50% for some others KPI. Sounds like a partial and random reload. An the app is not frozen he is able to make sélections and change tab.

I can't figure how it's happens.

Any idea of what can happen??

Thanks

Finally, the problem has been fixed with "Remove last document state" on Access Point.

No selection in a locked field. Any way, no selection makes it possible to obtain the same result.

Does the document use Section Access?

Hi Jean,

--> cross verify with that user credentials "Clear All" will help .

-->Any lock field  need to unlock(Check current selections in that dashboard.)

-->check any Book mark has been applied.

--> try in another browser(IE,Chrome..etc)

Note:- not preferable but, try as a Last chance try remove CAL for that user once and assign one more time.
