Access Point showing "Message: No Server"

After a server restart Access Point is now showing "Message: No Server".

I have restarted the QlikView windows services.

QMC is showing "Two or more services are down".

Under Status\Services, QMS and QVS were showing status = Running. QVWS and DSC were showing as status = Disconnected,

I changed their URLs to show localhost instead of the server name. So now DSC showing status=Running. Only QVWS still disconnected.

What can I do to get the QVWS service up and running.
