Access Point working in local machine but not in Other machine

Hi Forums,

We have QVS with DMS Authorisation having 5 session CALs. When we publish a dashboard and try to access it by using

Qlikview Access Point in local machine (In that machine only where QVS installed) it's work fine.

Where all Login pages appears asking the username and password which is fine. Following URL is use as follows:-

http://localhost/qlikview/FormLogin.htm

FI, we have created external ip for that machine where QVS installed(external ip:003.001.06.08)

Now, Same activity when we tried from other machine for accessing the dashboard where QVS is not installed.

Login Pages appears asking for the username and password where we given proper input(Even not show the message of Invalid username or password). But it doesn't show the next page where dashboard icon appears. URL Used as follows:-

http://003.001.06.08/qlikview/FormLogin.htm

I hope I able to explaing the problem. In short Access Point URL is working in local machine but not in other machine.

It will be great help If I can the solution quickly.

Sounds like the Qlik Server doesn't know who you are when you connect from another machine. Did you set up a Directory Service Provider to authenticate you against an Active Directory or another authentication directory service?

I am new in this. Can you please guide or show me the way out about how to check the Directory Service Provider to authenticate username against an Active Directory or another authentication directory service?
