Access point Scroll bar

Hello,

I have a trouble with the scroll bar on the access point. It's not working when I set a pivot table into a container.

My Desktop version is 11.2 SR12 and my QlikView server version is 11.2 SR12.

It's running on Windows Server 2012 R2.

Could someone help me on this issue?

Thank you

Have you tried this application with (a) a different browser and (b) with the IE Plugin (assuming you have IE and the plugin is available to you)?

Hi,

what version of IE are you using?

If IE 11, it's not supported, try with IE 10.

Let us know.

In QlikView Management Console, check to ensure you have the plugin enabled.  This is found in SYSTEM, SETUP, QLIKVIEW WEB SERVERS.

Then launch your application through:
