Access point access outside domain

Hi All,

i have 15 Named CAL, i need to access Document outside domain,

that is in internet? But when i use Anonymous or allow allow anonymous is says 'No user cal '  with DMS

i want to know by using 15 Named Cal license will i be able to access the document /dashboard in internet?

do i need session cal or usage cal?

with only 15 named cal what are settings in management console to access it outside domain in internet?

does this mean Named Cal licence server Application cant be used outside the domain?
