Access point file

Hi All,

I have three user and three application I have question is 

User1 have access 1.qvw and 2.qvw

User2 have access 1.qvw

User3 have access 3.qvw

but both user will see all application on access point

I want to show only those application for respected user

i.e

user2 have to see only 1.qvw

If you have document license, then give access for that particular application to respective users.

Try this,

Instead of sheet you can use file from excel,

Sheet level access

I have already given doc cal license to particular application to respective users .

They have not access to all application but they can see application on access point only.

We save each different application in a different folder, and then in the server management menu grant access only to those that are allowed to see the application. (define within security parameters)

So you would have root/applications/1 -> access for user 1 & 2

                              root/applications/2 -> access for user 1

                              root/applications/3 -> access for user 3

By doing so, user 2 will not see application 2&3
