Access point issue

I am opening the application on access point, but I am not able to create reports on access points also I am not able to click send to excel option

Hi Kushal,

What version and license of Server are you running? Does that happen with both Plugin and Ajax Zfc? Has the file write permissions as required?

I also have the same problem but it seems to be with one model only. This model has section access. Adding this site as a trusted site did not solve it for me. Did you manage to solve this?

I managed to solve this by going to the model and then Settings > Document Properties > Security and ticked Allow Export.
