Access point issue

Hi All,

I am facing issue on client side. The print button which I have given in the application(Dashboard) is not working on the access point.

Its working on the local machine desktop on server but not working on the access point.

Kindly guide me on this.

Hi,

Can what are you trying to do here?

Take snapshot or print report?

Open report try to print report and send me that snapshot.

Ajax or Plugin? What is the version you are using? You might want to try upgrading your qv version.

hello Vijay,

Try to check which printer you are giving the access on the local machine to print the PDF report (ex cute pdf).

So you have to install the same on the server to work ...

Hi,

Can you confirm what version of Qlik and IE you use?

May be Installing any PDF printer on client side and make this PDF printer as default printer would help.
