Access point login failed

Hi Team,

I configured QMC with LDAP and DMS authentication.when I tried to login it is transferring to the below url

http://machineip/QvAJAXZfc/Authenticate.aspx?back=/qlikview/FormLogin.htm .No user is able to login.Login page is set as Default in this case.

when I set login page as alternate and tried login it is logging in successfully for only one user (whose id is given in all the qlikview services), for remaining all users login fails.

I don't know what I am missing.It would be of great help if any body could give some insight on this.

Can you provide a screen shot of the login failure message?
