Access point shows documents as double

I'm facing a problem where Access Point shows each document two times. This is a problem only with categorized documents, Defaults are only once. Could someone please help me how to fix it?

I hope in publish folder it has duplicate documents, Once check in publish folder.

It sounds like you may have the same folder mounted twice in the QMC. What is shon in the Access Point is the contents of both the Root document folder and any mounted folders. Do you have an overlap between those two?

I have a folder tree in server as:

Root folder

          Folder 1

          Folder 2

               Document 1

               Document 2

These documents are in Folder 2. I also can find these documents only once in QMC. Access Point shows these documents only in Categorized folder, not in Default folder. I have set categirization in tab Documents/User documents/Document information in QMC.
