Hi Surender,

You cannot with the exception of custom users, which are not recommended for Production purposes.

The reason behind is that QlikView does not authenticate users, your AD does. So you need to use your authentication directory to do all account management.

Definitely, you could create a script so a link to changing passwords appears, as long as your directory service allows it, but that's not something really QlikView has to manage.

Surendar,

You need to create a custom page for this.

Thanks,

Thanks,

We are using Windows Users. Is it possible to change the passwords of windows users through Access point?

Thanks

I believe you cannot change the Windows User Passwords. Qlikview just authorizes the Windows users and does not authenticate it. Credentials are passed to OS for authentication hence Qlikview does not have any control over it.
