I am connecting to client server for qlikview report development . Newly I have added new tab to my current dashboard and deployed it to access point , Suddenly i have seen my client server don't have internet access. My users are unable to see my new tab report in access point and also the existing tabs are showing blank.
As per my understanding with out internet access they can't able see the reports like existing or newly added in access point?
Please correct me .

I think you are right. First you resolve your internet problem and then check your application.
I am pretty sure after that you are able to see new changes done by you.

This does not sound like an internet/network issue. If it was, the users won't be able to access AccessPoint and the QlikView documents.
What can your users access and see? Are they able to go onto AccessPoint and see their QlikView documents?
Are they just unable to see your new document? Or did they lost access to their existing documents as well?
Can they see any documents?
Also, what can you see?
