Access restriction and totalization

Dear community,

I need to hide some detail data to some people but the total can (and should be shown). In other words, I can show the sales of the Total Customer but absolutely not the sales done by each customer.

If I do restriction (system Access), I do not see the detail but the sum of the total customer is wrong too because it becomes a sum of the "authorized" customers.

Is there a mean to hide the detail data but to get this data for computation ?
