AccessPoint Few documents are not visible..

Hi Guys...

i am having an issue in accesspoint.

One of the users is having an issue with Qlikview documents, 5 documents have been assigned to him

and he got a User Cal but he is getting access only to 3 documents, the other 2 are not showing up.

what and where to look, i am tottaly new to qlikview server...

Hi,

Are you using any Section Access in the Qlikview file? If yes then check whether this user is having the access in Section Access table?  If no access then add this user in the Section access table.

Assuming user have access to the files and everything is set correctly about security, then check whether 'browsable' is selected for the folder having those files on Server -> Folders -> Mounted Folders section.

we dont have section access in those documents.

.but he is not able to see see 2 of them. all 5 documents are in the same folder...

Dear Ashfaq,

its not working.

we have DMS Security.

i have added user to documents.

i have added user to windows security as well.(documents and folder as well)

i have select the folders as browsable.


but still not showing.

we will restart the server in the evening, as a last try..

then i will check with QlikTech..
