AccessPoint - Not Showing the Correct QVWs

Hi,

I am setting up QV12 as a test area.

I have a folder called AccessPoint that contains the QVWs that I would like my users to see.  I also have a folder called Reload that will hold the files that create and refresh the data :

These folders are at the same level within Windows.

In my QMC I have the following :

Root Folder : D:\Reload

Mounted Folders :

Name ACCESSPOINT                    Path:D:\AccessPoint

However, when I login to the AccessPoint as a User I can see all the QVWs within Reload and not the QVWs within the AccessPoint folder...  I have ensured the I have given the users access permissions on the folder itself in windows,

Can anyone help please?

Phil

Thanks This has stopped showing all the refresh apps in Accesspoint.

However - there is an QVW showing in the User Documents after I have I deleted from all folders associated with this install.

Also, I am an admin so I can see the correct QVWs in AP.  However, when I log in to the AP as a normal user - no QVWs are available.  I have checked the AccessPoint folder security permissions and I have made sure these users have access....

Are you able to advise?

Thanks again,

Phil

It may be if documents use Section Access and you log on as a user not mentioned is this section.
