Is there a setting, plug in etc on an individual client laptop that would cause a blank white page in both IE11 and Chrome 51 when trying to access a report in AccessPoint. We have 4 others who can access with no issues. Within AccessPoint we've selected "Full Browser Version".

Can you use browser as IE plugin and check.
What version of qlikview which is having?
IE plugin didn't work either. Tested also with someone on the same network without a problem. It's isolated to his laptop. Version of Qlikview is QV 11.2 SR11
Fixed. There was a plugin being appended to the end of the url that was causing it to hang. Once removed it works for him.
