Accesspoint URL for user on external domain manned internally

Hello

I see that a lot of accesspoint related queries do not seem to have an appropriate answer.

Well hopefully someone has encountered the issue I need to solve and conquered.

Here goes:

I have a user that is granted access to Qlikview (read&execute + read).

He is in our external domain since is a contractor to the company.

I find all the documents that he is suppose to have Management Console, User management.

He however can access the Accesspoint from the URL given him... LOGIN FAILED
