Accumulation for Pivot Table

Hi All,

I am doing  the rangesum function to do the cummulative in Pivot Table. I want to stop the cummatlation if there is no value in the below quarters.

e,g, for 2013 there is no value after Q1 hence put a conidition and stoped the accumulation. 

For 2012 there is no value in Q2 and Q3. but there is value for Q4, hence I want to repeat the values of Q1 in Q2 and Q3.

Please let me know if you need any more information. I have attached a sample QVW for your reference.
