Accumulation in Charts

I wanted to solve an issue with accumulation in charts.

I am comparing Actual and Target, the actual curve getting flat as there is no recent week data but target data is present.

Is there anyway I can make the actual line end when there is no data.

Attached is the QVW.

See if this helps.  I made the line color conditionally white.

Although I don't have any data for week 10, but still showing 10. Week11, 12 and 13 have vanished.

I think it makes sense to show week 10, but if it's not needed, try the modified version...
