Accumulation of empty cells

Dear all,

I have a problem to get the number empty cells per project no. and sales rep accumulated and multiplied by a chance factor.

Maybe someone of you have a idea.

The result should be an index of the quality of project maintenance.

the output should be the result of "empty cells" x "chance factor" accumulated over all project no by a sales rep.
