Hi All,
Access Point is not having refreshed data but when I checked on server it is having the updated records.
Even the access point is showing the last update time which is there on server but data is not reloaded .
Can you please check the log file?
Log file is not having any details.It is same as that of old sucess log file
Try to load manually with Debug option...!

In Access point, Click the view details and select "Remove last document state".
And check the data.

I have already done all the above steps .But No luck.
Silly question! but have you reloaded the same copy of the document that the ACCESS POINT is viewing?

Please delete your metafile and .shared file from your user documents(Access point files) and refresh the dashboard from QMC.
Better get a backup of your metafile and .shared file.
