Achievement Chart

I have a set of data that has goals and actuals (by quarter and sales component) for 2013.  I want to create a chart that shows the % achievement across the x-axis and the number of team members that reached that achievement.  I think my rookie status with both qlikview and formula syntax in general and stopping me from seeing how easy this probably is.

The fields I have are:

EID (unique Identifier)

Component (Short Term Sales, Long Term Sales, etc.)

Frequency (Q1, Q2...)

Goals

Actuals
