Action to select Maximum Quarter Year

I have a field for Quarter in the below format.

Q1-2019

Q2-2019

Q3-2019

.

.

I need to create an action to select the most recent quarter year from the field. How do I do that?

Have you tried with MaxString(Quarter) in the select in field action
