Has anyone done an reports from MS Active Directory in QlikView?

I have made the connections but I am struggling with the pwdlastset field and converting that into a useful date, as well as the account created date.  Of course MS stored these values as some weird number instead of just using a date.....

What is that werid number (an example would be nice) and what date does it represent?

Did you search the net for AD field information yet? MSDN?
