Can we add a filed/column directly to our pivot report as Measure. Its not in our data model. It will be as on user demand.

I don't think you can add any data or filed if you don't have it in your data model.
Add most of fields in at script level so user can add it on fly. This is again only possible if you have
QV Enterprise server.
Another way around would be to write a macro code to add the fields to respective objects.

Yaar even after using macro is it possible to attach a filed to report as a measure which is not linked to any of the related fields.
I used a excel file but was not getting any filed to linked it.
Never Possible. You can display field as expression which is exist in data modelling .

You need to link the fields else you will not get a correct figure. Ask the user there might be some link.
In there current scenario they might be using some link to view it. Even a vlookup in excel requires a proper link to work. So check out with the concern person.

Please find the below data. Here Measure are first calculated column from data model. Date is dimension as Nov -10. Now AOP is coming from a external excel sheet which where only 1 filed is present i:e AOP which user change daily from Internet data.
Hope you got my problem !!! is it possible that AOP comes accoring to follwing measure and we can calculate Variance.

Its a complex situation and i have small queries. Does this calulated values for measures for the month of NOv-10 is coming from same table.
if yes then try to create the field using the logic whcih you have mention in the expression.
eg: for Rental the expr might be : If(AccountCode ="909',Amount). so in back end create a field
: If(AccountCode ="909','Rental') as Expenses
And used the Expenses as dimesion.
or if they are coming from different table then try to maintian it the excel sheet with AOP value.
Then add this as dimension and in calculation for nov-10 you have to add an extra expression if(Expense ='Renta' then your current exp for rental.....
for the second method you need to check the performance.
there should be link or you have to calculate expression in script by hard code
