Adding buttons to an app which select data on all visuals on the page

Hi all

I have managed to add a button (Financial Year 2010-11) to my first app. How do I make it select the 2010-11 data in all the visuals on the page? I presume some kind of Select in Field and Search string is required?

How are the values in your Year field? if it contains the finacial years like you have shown then, you can simply put the desired string (2010-11) as search string, and field would be Year.
