Admin Override Security checked for all new documents

Is there a way to set "Admin Override Security" (Document Properties -> Security) by default for all new documents?

I tried to create a new default theme including that option but for any reason new documents don't apply that setting...

Hi Florian,

I think this won't be possible. If I look in API this setting is read-only but perhaps it is possible to set the most important single points within API or easter eggs.
