After closing Qlikview Help file Qlikview App stop responding

Dear Team,

i am using Qlikview 11.20 on 64 bit Operation System Windows 7

i have observe this problem every time when i open Qlikview Help file from the Help option and when i close the Help Window then for few Minute Qlikview Application stop responding on my any activity on the Application.

Is anyone else also observe such type of issue?

Do you found any solution for that ?

I never looked for a solution.  Just was doing something else while QV was "sleeping."

I have to make a correction - it doesn't happen "every time", but often enough to notice.
