Aggr SALES (between two values) per customer per day

I want to count the number of customers per day, with sales between 0 and 520 €

If I select one date (for example 11/01/2016) I get correct number of customer = 13 on that day.

If I select no date , I get wrong number of customers on 11/01/2016

AGGR Function is not working (SEE YELLOW COLUMN with expression)
