Ajax Pivot Table - dimension as column does not appear

Hello community,

I have an issue with QlikView 11.20 SR8.

If I open the app with IE-Plugin the pivot table shows all values of Dimension B in the columns:

If I open the app without IE-Plugin (Chrome, ...) then it looks like that:

For any reason in AJAX the pivot table cannot show the values of Dimension B in the columns.

Do you have an idea how to solve this topic?

Are there different releases between desktop client, server, IE plugin involved?

Beside this are you sure that you are looking on the same app, same object? Are the data identically? What happens if you change the pivot into a straight table?

I guess Tuesday was a bad day for QlikView at my customer. Yesterday and today the pivot is working fine, in AJAX and Non-AJAX.
