Hey guys, Is it possible to have like some sort of trigger that every time that something happens (i.e. someone rates my service badly), an e-mail comes to me, so I'll be notified without me having to open the program everyday?

my condition is "avg(P3E_Scale)>3", and it's always >3... Does it need any other configuration, like, from which e-mail is it coming from, or something like that????
Have you got a server for mail relay and set up the SMTP settings in your QV Desktop?
I think it is in the User Preferences.

Actually, this might be the server email settings, which can be found in QMC, under System ... Setup ... Mail Server

I got your Alert Wizard method email working perfectly on manual reload from the QlikView Desktop..............
........ but not on a scheduled task reload via the Publisher.
The Mail Server settings in QMC, under System ... Setup ... Mail Server are all set up and it works ok sending out other emails such as when Publisher Tasks fail.
Any ideas / suggestions ?

my first thought would be about the security context. i.e. are you running QV Desktop as the same user as the QlikView Server?

I have connected onto the QV server windows console with the same AD user that the QV Services run under and using the QV Desktop it pops out email ok.
But when the task is run to reload the qvw via Publisher it does not pop out anyemails.

Guys, I tried to work this out in the server, and it didn't work out. I asked the IT department and they opened a case in Qliktech. We were told that this feature works only on Desktop version
