Alearts based on KPI value (and Section Access in Sense)

Hi All,

1) Can we send an emails (alert) to specific users when a particular KPI cross a specific vlaues?

Can please let me know if this feature available in Qlikview and even in QlikSense?

2) I want to restrict data for qliksense users based on country, would it be done though QlikSense Application, if not how can we achive this through Sense QMC?
