Alert Email to System Administrators not save emails

I have an issue with Alert email.

I'm trying to add recipients for email alerts then apply to save new recipients but the text box dont save emails.

Some solution to this?

Where in the QMC are you doing this? In case of multiple addresses, are you using ";" as the separator?

System -> Setup -> Distribution Services -> Alert Email

I type an email and then click on Apply button, but after a couple of minutes the email dissapears

This might be a bug in 12.0 version. I am also facing the same issue. But sometime it is saving properly. You need to type the email manually and Apply.

Always, I type the email manually and sometimes it dissapears when I click apply or sometimes it disspears after a couple of minutes. I also think this is a bug for QVS 12
