Hi QV_Testing,

QMC->System Tab->Qlikview servers->Select the Production server name->Right hand side you will find Alert tab->

Here you need to mention mail address.

If you are not finding Alert tab check in google depending on the server version(like10,11...etc)

go to the QEMC --> System --> Distribution Service --> Alert Email.

do the proper settings and add users to whom you want to send alert.

please refer below info it will help you...

Alert E-mail

The Alert E-mail option allows you to configure a number of e-mail addresses to

receive alerts—basically when a task has failed.

You will need to make sure that you configure the Mail Server SMTP (in QMC,

System | Setup | Mail Server) options, so that the e-mails can be sent. Here, you

define whether e-mails are sent as HTML or in plain format.

E-mail Templates

There are a number of different templates that can be specified for the

following conditions:

• Alert: This is used when a task has failed to alert the administrators

• Notify: This is used to notify recipients when a document has been

distributed

• Attachment: This is used to send a QVW file to distribution recipients

There are two templates for each condition—one for HTML and one for plain text—

depending on your Mail Server e-mail format's configuration.
