Aligning of buttons

you can do it automatically, by selecting all the buttons that you want and then right click and you will see the different alignment options.

Do you meant by if you have, lets say 5 to 10 buttons and you want to align them horizontally/vertically with exact pixel location?

have you tried Design grid from tool bar?

View --> Design Grid.

Another option.. select all and use the Align left/right/center/etc.... from design toolbar.

view --> toolbar ----> design
