All possible unique combinations

Hi I have the following 3 columns. What I want is to be able to return all possible unique combinations of columns A,B and C in the order of A,B,C. For instance Men's comfortable beanie, Adult's Cosy hood and so on. Is this possible to do ?

Column A,

Boy’s ,

Men’s ,

Child’s,

Women’s

Adult’s

Column B

Comfortable,

Warm,

Snug,

Cosy,

Silk

Column C

Hat,

Beanie,

Cap,

Hood,
