Allow user to create Alerts? Ideas?

Hello Community,

We are in the process of creating a Qlikview POC which can allow users to create, manage & subscribe alerts on expressions.

Basic need is:

1. Allow user to create alert on a metric

2. Console to mange all alerts. Basically view, edit & delete if necessary.

3. Ability for a user to Subscribe or unsubscribe to get alerts.

I have used alert wizard & creation of alerts from QV Desktop. But this is limited and available for only developers and not to the user.

At least, even developer decides the alert on a expression, we need a way for a user manage their subscriptions.

looking for any ideas' or thoughts around this.
