Alternate Labelling in slider

Hello!   It's my first time to make a slider and I need your help.

How can I do an alternate labelling by 10s  on my slider so not to look messy... Also, My min value is 0, max value is 1  and static step of .05 but my slider is only up to 95% ...How can I show the 100%  ?

You can configure a custom scale on the Presentation tab and set the number of major units to 21, labels on every 1 major unit and minor units to 0.

This one works...but since  I  want a skip labelling by 10s,  my labels on every major unit is 2 instead of 1.
